Alternate text for wiki: links #1

Hi! I have installed your plugin and I find it very comfy, I use asciidoc for my project documentation and having to use a different syntax on the wiki was a PITA. Cheers, mate!

:toc: doesn't work for me, either. I have checked my server logs but nothing pops up, let me know if there is some test I can conduct to help you squash the bug.

First thing I have noticed is that alternate text for wiki: links is not working.

wiki:MyWikiPage[My Fancy Wiki Page]

It is no biggie, but it would be nice to have at some point. Dunno, something like 

html.gsub(/wiki:(\w+(\/\w+)*)(\[(.*)\])?/, '[[\1|\4]]')

or something, my regex-fu is admittedly a bit shaky.

Thanks for your feedback and sorry for my late answer, for an unknown reason I never got the notification...

This week I have no time for investigating but I will be back next week and have a look on your points!
