on windows 10 / ie11. Recreated via cloud machine.

If we decide not to support ie11 we should develop some more clear warning.

According to https://www.w3counter.com/globalstats.php . Ie11 is only 2% of market share. Maybe not worth time to fix. But would be nice if we could find an elegant way to tell use to use a better browser version.
