Documentation Updates #152

This PR updates the documentation for this repository to unify spellings, correct typos, adjust grammar and some explanations, and other such linguistic corrections.

I presume some of the changes in terms is based on making those consistent with this diagram on GBFans. eg. Powercell becomes "Power Cell" as that appears to be customary when referring to any community/aftermarket parts? https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/Proton_Pack_Part_Names

You presume correctly. Other changes also bring things into line with the diagrams from this repo (for example, changing "mode switch" and "wing barrel switch" to "Barrel Wing Button" as it appears in visual references in OPERATION.md).
