28 Segment bargraph menu update, doc fixes, CTS sanity checks. #187

-28 Segment bargraph menu system uses 3 spaces between groupings for easier readout. -60 LED Neutrona Wand barrel option disabled for the moment. -Doc fixes and CTS sanity check during bootup. -Code cleanup to shrink the compiled size. -Recompiled binaries.
