Minor code cleanup, adds boson dart firing sound for planned alt fire update, changes slime mode in 1989 to be pink instead of green.
Note that "pink slime" was actually a temporary power-up in the multiplayer mode of the 2009 Ghostbusters video game, which can be seen here. In the game the slime coming out of the Neutrona Wand was a pastel color (like the color of slime that came out of the slime blower in Ghostbusters II) while the cyclotron windows were a more vibrant pink (like the color of the river of slime). I have replicated this behavior here for the GB2 slime mode.
Also includes new quick master system volume adjustment ability by gpstar81.
