This fixes the bug that cropped up in 5.3.0 where the Proton Pack did not behave correctly when set to Slime firing mode. The cyclotron lid would not light up, the power cell would stay on after shutdown, and vibration settings did not work correctly. This was due to changing where in the code the slime cyclotron control loop was called without recognizing that there were checks in place to prevent the normal control loop from firing. This has been corrected.
In addition this makes the Afterlife/Frozen Empire ramp-up during firing more gradual as the default overheat timers are now much longer than they were in the original firmwares.
