[Bug]: Switching to MODE ORIGINAL then immediately switching year modes causes stuck bargraph pixel #375

What actions were attempted?

  1. Start in 1984 year mode, Mode Super Hero, Video Game Modes enabled.
  2. Go into EEPROM Configuration Menu
  3. Switch from Mode Super Hero to Mode Original
  4. Save Settings
  5. Make sure both right-hand switches are in the UP position.
  6. Go into Neutrona Wand Operation Menu
  7. Switch Neutrona Wand to Afterlife.
  8. Exit Menu

What actually happened?

The Frutto 28-segment bargraph has a stuck bottom-most pixel.

What was expected?

Frutto 28-segment bargraph goes completely blank after exiting the menu.

Notable Hardware

Test bench wand is in standalone mode. Frutto 28-segment bargraph equipped.
