Do you mean that the triage label should always be added in all issues? Currently, triage prompts action in 3 days instead of the default 14 days. Is there some additional meaning of triage that should be added to the label, as interaction with some specific bot? Or do you mean this for specific issue categories, such as bug reports?
Yes I mean that new issues per default should get marked as triage, and then this label is manually removed after a maintainer looks at it!
Happy to get better proposals for how labels should be used.
