Knowledge files are shown as getting added multiple times. #135

Version - 0.10.0-rc2 (0.10.0-rc2)

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1.Launch chat with default Acorn Desktop Assistant.

  1. Using " Add knowledge" , add 2 files - (Travel and diet pdf in my case)

Notice that we see the file being added multiple times. (This issue is also seen when adding just 1 file were you will see it getting added twice)

This issue is not seen any more when testing with electron build from - 523bf34
