"x" button to close "Manage Workspace" , "Tool Catalog" are sluggish to respond. #140

Version - 0.10.0-rc2 (0.10.0-rc2)

Steps to reproduce the problem:

I am seeing the "x" button to close "Manage Workspace" , "Tool Catalog" are all not always responding quickly. Takes a few seconds to get it to actually close. I am seeing this behavior only from rc2 builds.

Seems like they are "hard to target" or something.
