Anomalies in search results when using tool search #278

When I search for vision in tool catalog page , i get these 3 entries , vision (github.com/gptscript-ai/gpt4-v-vision@gateway) and gpt4-v-vision (github.com/gptscript-ai/gpt4-v-vision) which are both different from vision entry i get from the featured list that shows up when I open the tool catalog page which is github.com/gptscript-ai/gpt4-v-vision@gateway.

Question: Why do we have 3 different versions of the same tool in this case ? And also why does the featured version of vision not show up when I searched for vision tool?

Question: Why are the names different ?

Yeah...we still need to clean up tool search a good bit.

Tested with 29efc7879d

There is no ability to to do any tool search when adding tools using "Featured Tools".

Closing this issue.
