Demo usecase: An acorn developer

Here's what our usecase doc has:

2. An engineering assistant for Acorn engineers
   1. Connect to Notion, Slack, GitHub
   2. Answer questions and perform actions (eg. open issues)

That obviously needs more fleshing out. It should be able to do the following: For slack (@g-linville ):

• search
• read channels including threads in channels
• send dms, channel messages, and thread messages
• share links to messages/threads that work properly

For GitHub (@njhale):

• use an api integration, not cli
• be really good at listing and query issues and prs (the cli currently really gets tripped up on search syntax)
• do issue modification - open, comment, close
• do similar things for PRs, though i dont really know if interacting with prs beyond listing/querying is too practical
• share links to issues/prs that work properly

For notion (when one of you finish up with the above, let's discuss):

• mainly query and pull up relevant data
• provide links

One interesting usecase to me that hit slack and github was an "end of day" summary for me. it would tell me what happened that day in slack and in github - what issues were opened, closed, and prs opened and merged. I record a long lom if you want more context.

Assignment-wise, beyond making the tools work well, @njhale is "owning" that the demo usecase end-to-end and can pull in @g-linville as needed.
