Knowledge - Assistant - Provide better visual indication when knowledge files are being ingested

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Create an assistant.
2. Use "+ Files" option and add multiple files ( I added 7 files)

During the time when the file ingestion was in progress , this the visual indication that was presented to the user.

In my case, it took some time for ingestion to be done since the file sizes were also large.

We should be able to show a better indication of the progress being made when ingesting files. We should be able to show this progress at each file level.

@cjellick It took close to 1 minute( ~57 sec) for ingesting all these 7 files:
