knowledge - when notion syncing is in progress , user is presented with an empty file list. #522

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Create an assistant
  2. Add knowledge file using "Sync from Notion" option.

Notice that user is presented with page for sometime before Notion oauth work flow is presented to the user.

Expected Behavior: Provide some information indicating that we are waiting for the oauth work flow to be presented during this time.
