About a month ago, OpenCL 3.0 has been released: https://www.khronos.org/registry/OpenCL/

There should be a new release of JOCL for OpenCL 3.0.

_{Unfortunately, I cannot (yet) give a timeline for that, as there are several other pending tasks.}
