Get app approved by Slack

I think the app would not be complete if not listed in both Slack's and GitHub's marketplaces.

I'm well familiar with GitHub's process and will submit the https://github.com/apps/hello-slack at a later time.

For now I want to focus on the slack app in order to learn what the process looks like and to document it for others.

Process

1. Open your app settings and click on "Review & Submit"
2. Familiarize yourself with the submission guide and app listing guidelines. There is also a bunch of videos
3. Make sure you have URLs for
   1. Landing page
   2. Support Page
   3. Privacy Policy
   4. Terms of Service
4. Add links to support and privacy policy to your app landing page
5. Fill out all required information in your app's "Basic information" page
6. Press the big green "Get Started" buttonto be continued...
7. The app needs to be installed in at least 10 workspaces
