revise server routes

follow up for #38

• [ ] Implement new routes
• [ ] add deprecation warning to old routes

The new routes are now set by https://github.com/hoodiehq/hoodie-server-account, https://github.com/hoodiehq/hoodie-server-store and https://github.com/hoodiehq/hoodie-server-task. We won’t do deprecation warnings for the old routes, as the Hoodie release will be a breaking change anyway
