Your code shows : https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do

and I am trying to pass: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do?form_name=N-400&office_code=NEW

but it does not work.

Can you help please!?

No I'm sorry I'm no longer maintaining this script, it's been too long since I used it for myself. But if you find a bug and fix it I'd be happy to merge it in
