Can't get starters on blaze black 2 randomized #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Completely random Starters
2. Blaze Black 2 rom randomized
3. Removed Trade Evolutions, No game-breaking moves,Randomized Hidden Hollows, 
Randomized Held items, Randomized Abilities, Random Trainer pokemon with rival 
carries starter, similar strength,no ledgendaries,no early shedinja, and 
Randomized Trainer names and classes,Random Wild pokemon with Catch Em All and 
min catch rate, and random (prefer same type) move tutor compatibility. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to get a starter and the scene where you get it from Bianca just plays 
over and over w/o giving the pokemon.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.0a on Windows 7 with Desmume emulator

Blaze Black 2, as a ROM hack and not an official title, is not currently 
supported by the randomizer... try randomizing the original instead.
