Add Renaming Functionality #212

Hello,

I understand that some features have not yet been re-added to the mod and was wondering if re-naming was one of them. It's hard to tell as it is not a physical item (Shift clicking to rename doesn't bring up a GUI).

IronBackpacks: 3.0.2-3
Minecraft: 1.12.2
Forge: 14.23.1.2587
