In this PR:

fix #501
fix #502
fix use published information to get the root item that has the categories set instead of defaulting to the root item (which might be private)
test: update the server intercepts to mock the getItemPublishedInformation call
test: adapt tests to check the existence of the categories based on their id and not their displayed text
