2x.125 aluminum bar.pdf needs fan and motor mount holes added. #2

The only thing that's there so far is the holes for mounting to the lower and upper support brackets. NOTES:

  1. All three bars should have the three holes drilled at each end.
  2. One of the bars should be drilled with an additional NEMA 17 motor mount: one hole centered on bar with a diameter of ~22.2mm and four 4mm diameter holes spaced evenly around the motor mount hole perimeter at (+15.5mm, +15.5mm), (+15.5mm, -15.5mm), (-15.5mm, +15.5mm), (-15.5mm, -15.5mm) using the center of the bar as the origin.
  3. One of the bars should be drilled with an additional 40mm fan mount: one large hole centered on the bar with a diameter of ~36mm and four 4mm diameter holes spaced evenly around the fan hole perimeter at (+16mm, +16mm), (+16mm, +16mm), (+16mm, -16mm), (-16mm, -16mm) using the center of the bar as the origin.

Yep! Thought I'd document it here since I had to pull in the DXF and measure the hole diameters and locations since I'll be drilling the 2" bar myself on our mill instead of water jetting it. :)

I'll work on adding appropriate dimensions to the PDF file next week sometime. This weekend is all about making rollers.
