Notification

Notifications API 的 Notification interface 是用來設置及顯示「桌面通知」給使用。

  1. 實作 Notification 範例
  2. 現行網站的範例
  3. 若拒絕授權，後續如何開啟?
  4. 支援度如何? (mobile, pc)
  5. 有沒有什麼限制，有沒有更好的選擇

發通知這一點應該是允許就可以發 但 service worker 是不是可以對 Notification 這個功能更加分?
