Changes 16 pull request updates from the dependabot.

Rather than committing the changes to browserify and jquery-ui, and then reverting them, can you please just eliminate them from the commit history (using rebase -i)? Once you have done that, we will have to look at the updates to these two packages and try and figure out the incompatibility.

Done. I eliminated those 4 commits.

Thanks! I accepted that pull-request. Now we have to figure out what has to be done to get the grace-web-editor working with the new interfaces in jquery-ui and browserify.
