Makes Logo dialect run in expWeb, fixes Makefile dependencies #198

Additional graphics modules can be specified in the WEB_GRAPHICS_MODULES variable in the makefile. Also, building in parallel works now.

I left a note in xmodule.grace about the logging messages. These might be a good idea, but they don't show up in the commit message for e2ff5ba.

Also, we should delete the (empty) merge commit. I'll create a merge commit when I merge these into master. Perhaps two: one for the parallel Make changes, and one for the graphics.
