Provide fsa partof relationship #2

@fabiosimeoni i've some code near to ready for the fsa part of relationship. I hope i can provide it soon.

Please let me know how exactly in which kind of object you want the data: I can eventually add the new partof property as part of each feature, and store the enriched features into grabFsaHierarchy(). Would it be ok?

you mean map/enrich grabbed features from within grabFsaHierarchy before they are stored on the file system? Then yes, makes sense. Perhaps puts the code that maps/enriches in a dedicated class, an simply invoke it from grabFsaHierarchy as a post-grabbing step.

(proposal: let's address high-level questions/issues in trello, which has more visibility for other members. let's continue to keep matters that are strictly code-related here,as you've done. thank you)
