Admin units targets countries and regions/provinces, using the GAUL database as current candidate. In that case, it would target the 2 first levels of GAUL: 0 (Countries), 1 (Regions), and would require to be pushed after being enriched with iso3 code.

Here the iso3code is required to glue between the administrative entities and eez areas (marine regions). iso3code will be the glue for:

• sovereignty relationship between admin unit and eez
• exploitation rights relationship between admin unit (with flagstate role) and eez. For this, information of flagstate (is an admin unit a flagstate or not?).
