regression tests; and
simple tests of correctness

Model evaluation tests:

[x] Reproducibility (same result given same random seed)
[x] Simple fuzz-testing
[x] Reasonable means, error bounds in bootstrapping on simple model
[x] Reasonable results for cross-validation on simple model
