Description

• passes jwt to heartbeat_event - this omission was causing connections to private spaces to fail
• use parameter_name instead of label in API Docs for JS client.
• Handle the passing of the hidden state value to the API. This is always required but doesn't show in the client docs, so we need to detect its use and pass it in.
