Add timeouts to JS Client
Maintainers or the PR author can modify the PR title to modify this entry.
I thought we already did this here: https://github.com/gradio-app/gradio/blob/main/client/js/src/helpers/spaces.ts#L52-L54
This function should be polling the space if it isn't active and waiting until it is, then returning.
