First EAP for Declarative Gradle #91

The EAP should have

A new configuration language that's Kotlin-like with syntax highlighting and content-assist in an IDE, and can be used side-by-side in projects using the current Gradle DSLs
A way to see the declared, configured model quickly in a UI
A limited way to request changes to a project's model via tooling
A limited DSL for Android and JVM.
Basic documentation available online describing setup and usage of demonstration projects and tooling

The target date is early July 2024.
