With Declarative Gradle code actively integrated into the GBT master branch, we can start socializing it, getting and addressing feedback.

Key TODOs:

[ ] Document how to try out Declarative Gradle when it becomes possible
[ ] Expand the prototypes so that they can be tried out externally
[ ] Survey among Gradle fellows and contributors
[ ] Demos, blogs, etc.
