Converge Gradle GitHub Actions docs with the GitHub Actions integrations page #3

It would be nice to include https://github.com/gradle/actions/tree/main/docs into the structure and navigation as a part of the GitHub Actions solution. There might be some duplication with the existing Cookbook pages, and my suggestion would be to gradually move action-specific pages to gradle/actions, so that the docs are stored in their own repo
