The panel where model content shows up needs a Scroll Pane #4

When exceptions happen it's very hard to read their message, you need to stretch out the window more than the screen. Would be good if that window's content would be scrollable.

All panels are vertically scrollable already. The exception panel is already scrollable both ways.

No scrollbars are shown though, maybe that's why confused you?
