Add Gradle 4.3 options, fix --console #39

• make --console take argument after equal sign
• add --no-configure-on-demand and --no-parallel
• add verbose console type
• add -Dorg.gradle.console

I tested against Zsh 5.2 and Bash 4.4.7(1)-release.

I signed the Gradle CLA on 12th February 2017.
