Verify that asciidoctor works with resolving configurations outside of project contexts error #22090

A permanent fix is needed for #22088, so that the warning can be turned back into an error for Gradle 8.0

Also consider testing this functionality in a smoke test or Gradleception to avoid causing future problems.
