Support for GlobalNOC #82

Hi there,

@Chrisputer just commented at https://github.com/panodata/grafana-map-panel/issues/66#issuecomment-726257888:

I found the project at [1] but it appears to be using some REALLY old Node 6 coding. I cannot get this to build at all nor does it uses a data source that is compatible with anything other than GlobalNOC. I really really want this. It would make my NOC Dashboards epic.

With kind regards, Andreas.

Dear @Chrisputer,

I cannot get this to build at all.

We just added a solution to https://github.com/GlobalNOC/globalnoc-networkmap-panel/issues/109.

With kind regards, Andreas.

Whether it would make sense to integrate the functionality of @GlobalNOC's Network Map Panel into this one - I can't tell. While I believe it would be nice to be able to serve everything from a single code base, the details of [1] and [2] are probably too specific to be generalized.

However, we will be happy to hear about your thoughts on this idea. Maybe there is a way to reuse the UI features and bring them to a generic map panel like this one, in order to be able to use them beyond GlobalNOC's time series database TSDS.
