Reverts panodata/grafana-map-panel#77 because the feature is not ready with PostgreSQL and InfluxDB datasources yet.

Me too. I started some initial work on the comma-list idea. But sadly safecast work is behind my day job and fatherly duties in the priority list, so progress will be pretty slow 😆
