Delete vendor folder #185

Since this project is using go modules (#38) there's no reason to have a vendors folder in the source - At least not that I can see

Coverage remained the same at 50.181% when pulling 95400fd70e31c05ebde023dc8517449734176585 on ptxmac:no_vendor into e7b85bb25aa9694012fa6f829a2eed879e5a33ba on grafana-tools:master.
