pyroscope.ebpf slow component evaluation #1371

What's wrong?

Sometimes we get SlowComponentEvaluations (prod-us-central-0, pyroscope-ebpf) I suspect It happens when component update happens during stacktraces collection tick, the component update is blocked until the stacktrace collection is finished.

Component update should not block.

Steps to reproduce

Use pyroscope.ebpf component on a heavy node, so that profiles collection take some time
