Enable live debugging for remotecfg components #1547

Right now, the livedebugging service only connects to the root controller instance, and cannot be called for the remotecfg's isolated controller.

https://github.com/grafana/alloy/pull/1472 is a first approach for displaying remotecfg components from Alloy's UI, where due to the aforementioned limitation, we chose to just display a message to express that Live debugging is not yet available for remote components.

Being able to look into the behavior of remotecfg components
