Add integration tests for the windows installer #1895

Request

Add integration tests that spin up a new Windows VM, install the windows service from scratch, ensuring registry keys are correct, paths to executables are quoted and basic scraping works.

Ensure updates also function correctly.

Use case

The windows installer is not tested by CI/CD and this has surfaced several problems in the past.
