Add loki.source.api support for GRPC #202

Request

Add loki.source.api support for GRPC. Alternatively, support the upstream otel loki receiver as a flow component.

Use case

https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib/tree/main/receiver/lokireceiver currently supports HTTP and GRPC. Flow should add comparable support for GRPC.
