Adds a small description to the custom format panel options so it is clear users can use momentjs .format syntax

Might be because I'm lacking context here, but feels like the information is still a bit sparse. Do we describe how momenjs format syntax work in the plugin docs?

We have a link to the momentjs documentation but I suppose having to go and read the plugin readme while working on the panel options is not very common.
