2 days ago all components are already started in parallel - see https://github.com/grafana/docker-otel-lgtm/blob/81745f67341e5106eea09e22e43b09dff4c3b888/docker/run-all.sh#L3-L7
Not waiting for Tempo and Loki would speed up startup - we could add a parameter for that
grafana/otel-lgtm takes a long time to start. I wonder if this sequential starting of Loki, Prometheus, Tempo etc can not be parallelized somehow?
