time picker jumps from row 1 to 2 and left to right depending on the selected time #41

Bug description

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to this URL:
  2. Select last 15 minutes in the time picker which is located in right corner, row 1
  3. Zoom in on timline to select a specific minute.
  4. Try to select last 15 minutes in the time picker

Actual behaviour

Time picker is located in row 2 on the left side

Expected behaviour

Time picker is located in row 1 on the left side i.e. does not change it is location, does not jump.

simillar problems with the service selector, sometimes it is second column, sometimes it is first. Hard to get used to it jumping left and right
