Feature Request: Reset filters from structural

Add the ability to set current filters based on a span in the structural tab. Example flow:

1) User identifies a service having issues:

2) Add to filters. This is now filtering to traces rooted in mythical-requester

3) Structural reveals an issue with a postgres database:

4) This is the Feature Request Click an "Investigate Errors" or an "Investigate Duration" link to set the current filters to

• All Spans
• resource.service.name = ""
• name = ""

with the relevant investigation started:

Marking as obscon b/c I think it provides a powerful/compelling flow for the demo. I do consider this a stretch goal.
