List Explore Traces in the Grafana Plugins Catalog #182

We want to make it easy for open source users to install Explore Traces so they can quickly and easily start using it and getting the benefits of it!

We think listing Explore Traces in the Grafana Plugins Catalog like we did for the release of Explore Logs is a good way to provide that smooth setup experience.

As a next step, we can write our documentation that instructs OSS users on how to install Explore Traces plugin, as tracked in this issue: https://github.com/grafana/explore-traces/issues/180 . These docs will direct OSS users to install via the Plugins Catalog, as is done in the Explore Traces docs.
