[DOC] Update for Explore Traces doc

Updates Explore Traces doc for open source release.

Major modifications:

• New Access or install section. Please check this information. The docker install section is correct. The other install options were updated by using the Explore Logs instructions as a basis.
• Entire doc restructured based on the outline and flow of the work.

Outstanding questions

• Will Explore Traces be available in play.grafana.com next week? If so, we should add links to the docs like we do in Explore Profiles and Explore Logs docs.
• Will Explore Traces be listed in the Plugins directory? -- This impacts the insatllation instructions.

Remaining work:

• Update screenshots (separate PR)
• [X] Add information about the different options for how the UI changes when you select one of the metrics
• [X] Verify steps with new UI elements (using Joey's example walk through video)
• [x] Verify there is enough information in the Comparison section to follow the steps
• [x] Remove the commented out notes

Not sure this is going to happen. At minimum, we haven't gotten anyone to agree to do it afaik. :)

Yes. The expectation is that this was supposed to happen in https://github.com/grafana/explore-traces/issues/182 in time for the release on Tuesday. I don't see that Andre has updated it to being in progress 😅 but he may just be behind on his issue housekeeping, or maybe is doing it Tuesday.

Thanks Kim! Great collaboration here. At the beginning I was thinking of the Comparison tab as something more similar to the structural tab, but now I see it's more similar to the Breakdown tab.

Excellent collaborating with you. Always such a pleasure. If we hadn't done that last round of review, we'd have missed a bunch of stuff.
