[DOCs ]Update home screenshoot and add preview warning to plugin README #229

Screenshot of the home page was the wrong version. Updated to the correct version with the Comparison tab. Added our standard wording about public preview to the README.

@knylander-grafana @adrapereira I would use a screenshot with the comparison tab open when the duration metric is selected OR with the breakdown tab open and rate or errors metric. For the new comparison tab concept we have some issues to work on, the selected section in the breakdown tab is confusing as the selection doesn't affect the breakdown tab. We have an issue for that.

We can certainly change the screenshot! That's easy enough. :) If you have something you'd like to see, I'm happy to either create a new one or you can take one and we can use that.
